FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How does the subscription work?

You pay a single annual fee which grants you 12 months of full access to the file directory. There are no monthly charges or hidden fees. When your year is up, you can renew to maintain access.

What file formats are available?

All files are provided in STL format, ready for slicing and printing on any FDM 3D printer. Some files also include STEP files for modification.

Can I use the files commercially?

Yes. Your subscription grants you a commercial licence to print and use the files in your installations. You may not resell or redistribute the files themselves.

What is the bespoke design service?

If you need a file that doesn't exist in the directory, you can send us the physical speakers and we'll reverse-engineer a custom adapter or mount, branded with your company name, and return the file same day as delivery.

How do support tickets work?

Subscribers can raise tickets for wiring colour information on audio and security systems. Audio tickets are open to all subscribers. Security wiring tickets require proof of identity and business trading before information is released.

Is this service trade-only?

Yes. The File Directory is designed for professional car audio installers and trade businesses. We reserve the right to verify trade status before granting access.
